MST is governed by an executive committee which while focusing on ensuring good governance, guides the management team to ensure high standards of service to the beneficiaries. Committee meets at least four times a year to discuss a pre-circulated agenda. The decisions of the meeting are recorded and confirmed in the subsequent meeting. The committee composition reflects reasonably good gender and skill diversity.
